I remember one of the Nuwave Oven reviews commenting on how tender the cooking brisket turned out in the Nuwave oven and I was crossing my fingers that she would have the same experience!
1 kilo of cubed beef meat, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, infant carrots, four diced potatoes, dry parsley, black pepper,2 glasses of boiling water, one-half a cup full of red wine, warm water, 2 tbsp of flour, 3 sliced onions, bit of salt.
Yes, a slow cooking brisket can be used to prepare quick and healthy meals. To use a slow cooking brisket to prepare quick and healthy meals, simply take 5 minutes before you leave for work to place some ingredients into the slow cooking brisket. For example, you could place a sirloin roast on a bed of carrots and onions and set it on low. When you get home your roast will be ready.

At the first sips the Sangiovese is wine showed a solid, nice acidity with a decent length. I first paired it with a Middle-Eastern specialty called kubbe (or kibbe), ground beef in crushed bulghar jackets in a tomato sauce accompanied by sliced potatoes. The wine tasted of tobacco beef brisket at publix black cherries. It didn't have much tannins but did have good acidity. This was a hearty wine for a hearty food.
At the first sips the wine presented bright acidity. It was sour but not unpleasantly so. The initial meal was a slow cooking beef stew with chick peas and potatoes. With the beef Zinfandel tasted of jam. There was tobacco in the background; this wine was definitely mouth filling. When accompanying the chick peas the wine was round and long; with the potatoes it was rich.
I can certainly relate to that as it took me a fair bit of research and experimentation to develop a simple method for insuring a delightful meal every time. The difference between good ribs and great ribs lies in the marinade and the sauce.
